Rates and Availability
Below you will find an overview calendar of the houses, so that you can see which houses are avalable in your desired period.
The plan is that you will soon be able to book on this page. At the moment you can let us know via the contact form or by telephone when you would like to rent which house, and we will block it for you immediately!
Two cottages are only rented per week, from Staurday to Saturday. Monschau and Wild Cat can also be rented for a midweek or long weekend outside the busy months.
For all cottages there is a deposit of €250. This amount will be refunded a few days after your departure, if everything is in order.
You can contact us shortly before your desired period to ask whether a shorter stay is possible in the cottage of your choice.
Wild Cat Cottage and Monschau are rented from Friday to Friday, both cottages can also be rented from Friday to Monday and from Monday to Friday during the quiet periods.
Ferienhaus am Hohen Venn and Hoge Venen are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Before you make a reservation, check our reservation and cancellation conditions and take out cancellation insurance if necessary!

We had beautiful hikes in both German and Belgian areas last days. ... The cottage was fine and the conservatory is very nice. The dogs really liked the garden, being able to be outside all day was pure enjoyment for them.

Included in the rent
for all cottages:

- tourist*- and environmental taxes
* With the exception of Ferienhaus am Hohen Venn in Monschau-Kalterherberg.
The municipality of Monschau has introduced a new tourist tax as of 1 January 2026. This amounts to €2.50 per person per night (i.e. €17.50 per person per week). You can pay this amount separately, either into our bank account or in cash upon arrival. Children up to the age of 13 are exempt from tourist tax.
You can bring up to two dogs to the Hoge Venen and Monschau cottages. We charge £30 per stay for the first dog and £20 for the second.
Duvet covers and towels are not included. If you are unable to bring your own, for example because you are travelling on foot or by bicycle, we can usually provide them for a fee of €17.50 per set/person. This option is only available at Wild Cat Cottage and Ferienhaus am Hohen Venn. No linen is available in Leykaul (Hoge Venen and Monschau).
